In what way, sorry? I see the split-in-half and create-new-unit buttons there as normal. Are you saying they don't do anything?

Only reorganize units button doesn't work. It's grey. Its worked but it broke. When i split in half the button reorganize units work but its useless. I have mods. Are they can break the button?

Absolutely, especially if they have not been updated for the current patch.

Start a new unmodded test game and see if you still have this problem.

OK. I always used the reorganize units button and its dosen't worked. I played long time and i never used the "Create new units". So if this button work is all right. I'am sorry for a problem but i realy only used the "reorganize units" and i couldn't play without it
