I Can't Register My CK2 Code

Dear Paradox,

I cannot register my game with your system as it says my CD Key cannot be found when I attempt to put it into your Registration system. All of my expansions, however, have actually registered. Since I can't get ANY support from the Support threats because I cannot register the key, I have come here with a sliver of hope. Thank you for your time.

- A slightly disgruntled CK2 player who can't get the HIP mod

EDIT: I had it registered on an account when it wasn't solely the Email address.
