I can't find my event IDs

I went to

C:\Users\MyName\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II

and I see the following folders.

-dumps
-gfx
-interface
-logs
-map
-mod
-save games

None of them have events_id.txt (interface folder has nothing inside of it also)

I tried to search for it in my computer but that came empty.

Is there another location where this would be?

Aren't they in the "events" folder?

There is no events folder.

Here's the location for me: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crusader Kings II\events

I don't even have the eula dlc or gamebook folders. :\

I do have working DLC however. :/
