I Can't Access Tech Support

I have the registered game, I have one infraction and I don't know what else matters. Can someone tell me why this is happening?

EDIT: Except I can sometimes, can't other times. Also, when I try to post it doesn't always let me and before it gave no option to edit this post.

I have the same problem, getting up the "you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:" and so on and so on.. what gives ? i want the new patch god darn it ^^

You have to either find the old registration email or ask paradox for a new one.

I am having this issue as well, I made a thread in the "Forum Help" sub-section about it.

Actually you don't; see how the OP has a title of "restricted access ... " etc? You don't have that so your issue is different. I've answered you in the other thread.
