I cannot start the game

Whenever I click on the app it shows me this

And then stops loading, it shows me a black screen, but I can hear sounds

It has never worked
The screenshot should be attached to the post, but it's just the loading screen, I think (a prisoner who mines something with a pickaxe)

I am sorry then, I don't know why you are getting this problem on this device. Maybe uninstall the game, try clearing the Play Store app cache and install the game again?

I tried that but the screen is still black.
I saw that if I touch the screen in the center, it would get me on the paradox privacy page, so maybe it's only the screen that doesn't work (?)
