I tried to joined EU4 multiplayer forum but could not see anything. I was advised to register the game on my profile however it seems not to be working (waited for 20 mins, game is still not there). I tried to register Warlock 1 and it worked ok, so I guess the issue is as above.
The only I can think about is that when I bought the game after its release I already registered the game here. I am not sure.
Edited: After the release, I created account called _art_B_cz. Is it possible to merge those two?
