I cannot get this terrible sync system to work.

I wanted to download CKII plus yesterday so I went to the forum. I was not able to access it due to my account not being synced. I synced it yesterday yet it does not pick up the actual CKII game, it only picks up the DLC. I have tried logging out and logging back in, I have tried re-syncing the game, I have tried waiting, none of it is working and it is really starting to piss me off. I payed for your game, I have bought several DLC. I am a loyal customer yet i am not able to access the forums that I payed to be able to access because your system is not working properly.

You can file a support ticket (there's a link in my signature that should cut right to it) and they'll get you up and running.

That page you show there does have problems, but has nothing to do with forum access.

For that you need to Go into
https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?account/owneditems
and hit Sync Owned Items.
