I cannot access CK2 mod forums

I cannot access the CK2 mod forums. I own the game, have registered the key and no luck. I had infractions on the Victoria 2 board... could this be the issue? If so, is there a way I can just get access to the mods? I bought the game, didn't make an extra account or anything and just want to enjoy CK+.
