Yes, the world as we know it would end if I could sell the car I bought to another person...
Oh wait.
Cars wear out, Software doesn't. Let's not re-open a weeks-closed debate by taking one part of a post out of context though.

Oh wait.
So please, a clear statement and FAQ are required.
Oh well, just like Skyrim and King Arthur 1, I guess I shall have to use Steam *again* and get CK2. I buy most of my games from Gamersgate because it was a non-intrusive system (unlike Steam) and I liked that.
Wow...I say how I feel about Steam and see how other people feel and I get very rudely sent here....I guess this is where the un-assimilated folks go. I waited over a month for the disc only to have a bunch of steam downloadable content waiting for me....I'm all for progress but sometimes you don't mess with a classic.
I love little popups and useless news and info in my face as I am trying to play this game......
If I want to buy additional content then I could figure it out on my own. I don't need constant reminders of whats for sale and new games available from Steam.
I waited over a month to receive my game in the hopes that I wouldn't have to deal with Steam or GG. What happened to just having the game on disc..
Heh, first the Total War series games, then Civilization 5, Football Manager 2012, now possibly Paradox's games - I can shorty run out of my favourite series to follow. Thank god for Blizzard and Diablo 3 especially, I guess.
i will NEVER buy a steam-only game
...
Steam is spyware!
Jup, because you that's what they are living off. Sure, a few €/$/c per sale is also in, but you don't upkeep an infrastructure like they operate AND make profit that. They would be missing a few (hundred) millions there ;-)
