I registered over a week ago so that I can post, give feedback and interact with you guys. I've been really disappointed that I had to wait for a few days before I could post. I bought the game because I liked its predecessor. Like any business owner that treats his customers with respect and works to keep them instead of losing them, I expected to be able to post my concerns. However, I discovered that I couldn't register the game through the registration section of this forum, and I couldn't post. I don't care much about the registration, but I really needed to get things off my chest; the first being that this game is NOT playable on my LAPTOP (Alienware M11x R2). But, like I said... I couldn't post. I sent three emails to the admin of this forum... no reply. So, to get this off my chest, I'm sorry to say that this game that I love sooo much, has very bad customer support. And if I was going to encourage people to buy it, I have to wait to get over my disappointment.

Having that said, please do something to improve the performance of the game. Shogun Total War performs wonderfully. But unfortunately King Arthur 2 does not.

Thank you for your time and patience with my rant. I'll post my specs on the bugs section.

Yeah, the forum registration is a major pain. Unfortunately, that's a Paradox problem, not Neocore's.

Paradox is the publisher, Neocore a developper, I am not sure if partners is the right description for that.

About the posting, I just read, that once you create an account you have to wait at least 5 days. That is an anti spam policy, not them beeing lazy.

You're supposed to be able to register your game so you don't have to wait the 5 days. Paradox hasn't added King Arthur 2 to the list of valid games to register, yet.

Possibly because the game isn't even officially released until the end of this week? As far as I know, it isn't terribly common to allow one to register a product when one does not actually own that product yet, because that product has not yet seen a commercial release.

Thanks for your replies guys. I still think it's a poor policy. Other forums that are more targeted for spam don't use this as an anti-spam measure. This policy only increases the gap between the producer and the customer, which isn't good.

just downloaded from GG I have no lag or problems what so ever, the game is flawless so far, graphics upgraded big time, great job NeoCore and Paradox

Let's just say the forum waiting policy is a bad solution to a tricky problem.

It's on the list of things we need to improve.

Besides that we're pretty active on forums, twitter and facebook. Hope you give us the chance to turn you around.
