I can declare independence from myself & multiple rulers have the same name.

Here's the story: I was playing as Khazaria when I noticed that the chief of the Pechenegs started an "Independence"
faction. I didn't quite feel like fighting so independence was duly granted. Then I saved the game and started playing
as that guy (chief Sol, in the picture), but I still have the option of declaring independence... from myself.

Moreover, when the Magyars leave Crimea three petty kingdoms pop up in their place - and every single ruler is called Böri Böri!

There's also an issue with tooltips - when I try to marry a vassal's daughter the tooltip erroneously displays her dinasty as "House Lowborn".

Tried to reporoduce this in 2.2.1 and I did not get the decision to demand independence after being granted it.
