I can call to arms a vassal of my enemy. And when he accepts the war ends inconclusively.

I would suggest making it impossible to call to arms a vassal of your enemy. Or make him revolt, but that might be a bit weird or impossible with for example a Barony.

Savegame where I called my ally Baron of Sponheim (situated in Trier) to arms in a war against Lower Lorraine (who owns Trier). He will most likely accept in a few days and a inconclusive peace will be the result.
