I bought the new dlc last week but I don't find where I can launch the extra missions?

There is no extra mission in Second Wave.
We announced two coop missions in our roadmap. However, they will be available for free later this year/beginning of 2018.

You didn't read the description of the product you bought and you feel cheated for that?
I read all that stuff they posted about the divisions involved so I figured you would be able to replay those battles they talked about. I could not imagine they would ask 8 euro for a few generic units extra in your battle group. I come from a time that something so trivial was free...
The four divisions are new, though not every unit in each division is new.
Now you are just being utterly disrespectful.
You are not entitled to any free updates for any game, except for bugfixes. Despite that, Eugen Systems have always and will continue to release free content for their games. Including new missions, like Eug_garnet already mentioned. The fact that these divisions cost 8 bucks while the new missions come for free should tell you which of these things is more "trivial".
And again, this changes nothing about the fact that the Steam page for this DLC is completely unambiguous about what it contains:
