Conclave is not released until ~15:00 today and you will receive your game then. I'm afraid that the offer was pre-order, not early access. I'm sorry if that wasn't clear.

I didn't understand it was the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME bit that was the problem. My apologies. I thought you censored it yourself.

I've notified the webshop guys about that. But as long as your email and paradox account is correct there shouldn't be a problem. But if there are any, see my previous post about contacting the support department.

Edited my first post I was crashing hard into sleep. So according to the website the game should be released st 9:00 am EASTERN STANDARD TIME here in the Eastern Unuted States. I set my alarm to 9:00 am to hopefully see it will be downloaded by then!

You will receive a Steam key by email sometime between 11:00-15:00 CET (that should be 6am-9am EST). The key will also be available to you from your Paradox Account page under the Keys tab. You need to manually activate it on Steam though. Shouldn't be a massive download.
