I just took a game as the kingdom of Danmark and I controlled the entirety of Norway. I expected Norway to break off from me during succession but what happend was even more random and game breaking. my capital (sjælland) became the kingdom of Norway, the Skåne areas who were also the targets of succession broke off into independent counties. (nothing of the actual Norway though). Oke that's not too big a problem I'll just retake my capital and move it back there..... Then a tribal unorganized religion's ruler aka. the one holding my capital suddenly becomes Feudal....
The capital province (sjælland) didn't 1. have the buildings necessary to reform and 2 was controlled by an unreformed pagan. It broke my game because even if I retook my capital it would be a useless province as a tribal ruler
