Honestly, I'm languishing on these forums for the tiniest morsel of info on the game. I've read every developer dairy and watched every preview multiple times.

With well over 2000 hours under my belt for CK2, THIS.

But I am also still recovering from the sh!t show that was Imperator, so my Hype is only at a 7/10 right now.

I sure hope Crusader Kings 3 won't be an absolute disaster of a game like Bannerlord is.
My hype is at 8/10 right now.

It´s absolutly the wrong forum and very much OT but... Despite its bugs and flows describing M&B2 as an "absolute disaster" sounds a bit harch for a game on Early access that has atleast another 6 months before leaving EA..

I bought it and got exactly what I wanted / expected. It is more M&B with a pretty coat of paint and a few new features. Someday it might even be much more than that, with the rate they are releasing (free) content.

Games that are hyped usually never live up to it. So I just learned its best not to worry. I guess Rome 2 turned me cold.

I want to play this game as much as anybody, and I want to like it as much as anybody, but the one thing I've learned as a long term member of this community is that Paradox games should not be bought on release.

You wait. You look. You read. And you buy it when it's good enough. Otherwise you end up with I:R dead in your steam library.

9/10 I'm looking at this forum constantly ffs, but I am a little cautious about releases after I:R. I pre-ordered it because I'm going to play it even if it isn't everything it lived up to be. For me, the main thing in CK is if the multiplayer is fun. If I get to cuck my friend and secretly remove his blood from his dynasty without giving him a game over it's a successful game.
