Lots of provinces ends up in different hands though. One to Brittany, one to Savoy, one to Burgundy, Aragon..

Doesn't all/most events that give you provinces only cost 0.25 bb/province? Inheriting a nation is the most common way that you get provinces by events though.

If you receive a province through the 'secedeprovince' command, it's 0 BB. If you 'annex' or 'inherit' a country through an event (it's the same command), it's 0.25 BB/province.
