Twice, when I challenged Hundred-Blood (Anarchy route), the tribe turned hostile on the second opponent defeated.

Hmm this seems like a strange issue. Have you been able to get the same behavior to occur on the new build? I was unable to get this behavior to occur on my local machine. If you have any further information on this, such as who you might have killed first, that would greatly assist in our investigation. Thank you very much for your time and support.

Yes, I was able to reproduce this AI behavior on the latest build (1.0.3.0031).
I guess, it has something to do with:
  1. ability "Wheel of Ages";
  2. critical killing blows to opponents under this ability;
  3. ability "Slice" (either hit itself or bleeding effect);
  4. fraction's wrath (not sure).
Edit.
Just in case, the Beastwoman Mystic usually was killed first (somewhere around this time "Quickness" was activated), then Hundred-Blood or the Beastwoman ("Wheel of Ages").
