I would like to propose an idea of ironman-friendly localisations for titles owned by different cultures.
Curently title names are only defined in landed_titles - which would disable ironman, if they are altered in any way.

This is very disadvantageous for translation mods as many players prefer to play with achievments.. yet those mods do not alter gameplay itself, only immersion.
Thus my idea is that the game could look in localisation files and see something like:
c_pressburg_german;Pressburg;.....;x
c_pressburg_hungarian;Poson;...;x
c_pressburg_bohemian;Prešporok;...;x

i.e. county tag + culture tag.

I would also ask for one minor thing, and that is support for more letters (if possible):
á. ä, č, é, ě, í, ĺ, ľ, ň, ó, ô, ŕ, ř, š, ť, ú, ů, ý, ž
Some letters above work ingame by now, but many of then aren't visible if I type them manualy while game is running... I have to rewrite landed_titles for them to be visible - some of them are still invisible.

I'd love to have culture-related title names to be kept somewhere outside of landed_titles.txt as it's a pain to go through. The addition of more special characters are not going to happen, however, as it would require changing the game's encoding system which is apparently too much work for too little gain (which is strongly disagree with).
