So um.. is there any customisation with the human race? Or will they all just be Caucasian Males? Or what??

We've already seen that there's portraits for multiple races (black/white/asian) and male/female. So you're going to get leader characters of all kinds.

There are male and female of multiple skin tones. So, yes. Plus, there is the plethora of modding tools they just released.

I hope so, it'd help role play alot, for example, I'd want my pops to look the part if, for example, I am role playing as the evil space Nazi Empire or Space Ottomons or something.

There's like half a dozen different versions of white people, black people, Middle-Eastern and east Asians. Both male and female.

There doesn't seem to be a [RACE] GENOCIDED ALL ELSE button though.

No need to take such an abrasive tone. It was a simple question with a simple answer. Not everyone has the time luxury to watch the multitude of videos that have been put up.

"Portraits and races are customizable per modding." - You can expect an mod for every color.
Base version includes the most colors and mixed.

Of course there's variance in human representation. Just look at some of these different examples.
