It hit me while i was playing British India in the most recent form of VIP:r
should i worry or will it just decrease my micromanagement a bit?
my India includes Burma, Tibet and Afghanistan, year 1877

Er, as far as I know Humane Economy is just an event?

Or is it an invention? Anyway, I think the effect are really neglible like -1% to workhour efficiency or something.
