Human player as vassal can make RM?

Playing a vassal as human player, I could make a royal marriage with other countries but the AI, playing as vassal, cannot do this. Is this a bug?

Also, having a military alliance with other countries, I couldn't move my armies on their territory. I had to ask for military access. But the AI didn't have this problem, the AI moved their armies freely in my country, I didn't gave military access to them and they weren't the emperor. A bug?

EDIT: I forgot. I have EU2 german version 1.05

In alliances you can only move armies into the allies territiory during wars.

So are you completely sure that the country moving armies around, had not vassalized the other country, didn't have a military access, or if it was within HRE was not the emperor at the moment, or at war togehter or against the other country?

As regaridng the first how low was your relations with your overlord. if you have low enough relations you can enter alliances other than your overlords perhaps its the same with Royal marriages?? (but it could also be a bug)

Ok, I've checked this and on both extrem types of relations (+200/-200) I could make RM's with other countries.

Also I could send a request for vassalage to my overlord.
Maybe this isn't a bug but this makes definitively no sense! What would we be, if my overlord would accept? Would we be both vassals of us?

I played Sweden in the Great Campaign so you can duplicate it by yourself.

As for the military access thing, maybe I've missed something. I can't duplicate it, so maybe we were in war with someone and I didn't realized that.

Another thing; Playing England, I've tried to diplo-annex Ireland. Ireland build a lvl1 fortress in Munster. I've diplo-annexed Ireland without problems and the icon for building a fortress was still there. One month later, Munster rebelled, the rebels took over the province and the icon disappeared. I've send my troops in and re-conquered the province. Then I've tried to build a fortress in Munster but I couldn't. The message said that I already build a fortress in the province. Ok, I played 5 more years and tried again to build a fortress in Munster but again I couldn't. Same message. So, I was really annoyed, saved the game and quitted. Next day, when I reloaded the game, jesus there was a lvl1 fortress in Munster and I could upgrade to lvl2 without problems.

And a third thing; In the American Independence scenario the Iroques have a landtech of 33 and a naval tech of 25. All the other native tribes have a landtech of 14 and naval of 0. Is this a bug? The Iroques aren't vassal of a country.
