I noticed that in the stream when Wiz used the console to discover everything a number of anomalies appeared. Des that mean that you can now find anomalies by e.g. purchasing star charts or maybe that anomalies are now fixed on map generation?

I hope so, I put off star chart sharing until I'm done exploring my side of the galaxy purely because of lack of anomalies.
The Survey command already spawns anomalies on planets you haven't surveyed personally. It has done so since at least 1.3.0.

, thanks for the info. Still, I hope they actually use Survey for curator charts in 1.5.
As far as I know some special ones are fix, but you still can discover anomalies randomly.
