Casus belli - interesting but lacking some essential tooltips (how does one find the conditions applying to an active CB after dismissing the popup, for example?) Also, makes things a little easy for smaller nations.
Advisors - tooltip does not seem to show correct modifiers (stuck at level 1).

When you press "declare war" there's a list of CBs, mouseover them for descriptions.

Do you mean on the cultural decision screen? If so the tooltip just shows you the effect per level of the advisors. It can't show you the level of the one you'd get if you click it as it's kinda random.
