Is there a way to do this? I know I can modify my save file to included a preferred cavalry type for a specific native american tribe, but I would have to do this for each country/tribe that doesn't have access to cavalry. There might be a method for enabling cavalry when reaching the first level of westernization. I am thinking there must be, since artillery is enabled once rotw westernization is triggered, therefore calvary could be. Any ideas?
