HTTT and Impulse download problem!

I actually contacted Stardock about the issue, they took a while to get back to me but basically said if I could prove I had a legal copy of EU3 Complete (they wanted pictures of everything), then they'd add it to my account. They didn't even try to do any tech support things, so obviously they know it's an issue.

So the problems is in the integration of a hard copy of EU3 Complete and the Impulse copy of HttT?

That's why I did not get anymore replies from Impulse support and the status of my token is "on hold".
