Last time I checked (been a while), HSR was tits up and the team wasn't answering its mail.

True. It has been more or less dead since DD 1.2 which is quite long time. The original modders have left the mod and now HSR site has some pretty weird stuff going on once in a while.
Still, there is subforum for HSR so it should be place for HSR-related Q & A. After all, that's why it is there in the first place.
