hsr plus /road to victory

does anyone know if this mod has any chance of being revived?

although incomplete it has a very detailed tech tree and a very detailed event chain.

it has some restricted content in its tech tree and events but it deals with it in a very neutral and none offensive manner.

While SR is dead, RtV is a front for something better.

Yes they are separate mods.
I´ve never played RtV so i cannot comment on the quality of this mod.
I wouldn´t say that hsr is dead though. The latest version is HSR 2.11 ARM (for 1.3 beta).

You should try RtV at least once theres very nice stuff, even if micro-management is a bit over the top
