Since having the latest patch and playing as Austria as you do to be HRE owner, I've noticed when the HRE member takes another member provenance and you demand them to return it, As I would expect the AI to return at least one as they did this by default in the last patches unless rival or a lot bigger than you. But in my games, they seem to get a negative for you trying to do this of the power of Asturian alliance compare to target nation -1000. This is even showing for a smaller nation and my alliances would be Poland, Hungary and the papal state, Enough that should scare them to release the province.
Is this a bug or a new way the AI system has changed?
