Hi, so I can apparently have multiple universities by unifying the HRE. Is this intended or a bug? I mean there are like a dozen ones out there in the HRE.

I think that's clearly a bug.

Weird nobody else noticed so far...I can't be the first one to unify the HRE with 1.8, can I?
