HRE in HTTT

I´ve heard about the great buffing of the HRE and the ability to reform into the real nation itself, however; is it still possible to form Germany?

Yes it is.

Though, it is atm so easy to form the HRE that I wouldn't know why you'd want that. Will probably be severely nerfed in 4.1.

Not to be obnoxious, but I think we've already got like 5 threads at least this question could go in, and that would make it much easier to maintain a coherent discusion on this sort of thing so people aren't just repeating themselves in 5 different places.
