I know how I can define and the HQ and so. My Problem in my campaign ( Germany ) is that My Eastern HQ get automaticly in charge for Portugal and my Western HQ for Turkey and Persia. And I cant change that cause these Nations are just allied and I dont own them.
And: I wanted to create a new HQ for India with AI control ( I was busy with GB ) but it never even thought about going to India. Instead it hunted milizia all over Europe. ( I gave this HQ Gerorgia ( Russia is defeated already) as area. Persia is
allied and in war with GB )
