Ver 2.7.2, no mods

I reported earlier that fleet with full hull gets stuck on 99% HP, after repair.

Here is another:

This is FE's transport fleet.

That FE has never been in battle.
Why the hell it shows 99% HPs??

This is more than a rounding error.
