How you can give an occupation over province to your ally?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Click on the occupied province. In the province view screen there is something that says "occupied by" and has a shield (yours if you are occupying). Click the shield and you can transfer.
