- Austria is separated and occupied by the allied powers, with Vienna split between them.

Treaty of Milan
- Italy will cede Libya to Britain as a UN trust territory
- Italy will cede northern south Tirol to the French occupation zone in Austria permanently
- France will occupy part of Piedmont
- Ethiopia is released as an independent nation
- Albania is released as an independent nation
- Dodecanese islands are ceded to Greece
- Italian Somali-land and Eritrea are ceded to Ethiopia
- parts of Istria are ceded to Yugoslavia
- Istria is made a demilitarized zone
- Italy must make significant reductions to it's military until 1950
- Italy will pay $500,000,000 to the allies in reparations
Treaty of Budapest
- Hungary will cede the Sub-Carpathian Russ to the USSR
- Hungary will cede southern Slovak border regions to Czechoslovakia
- Hungary will return annexed territories to Yugoslavia
- Hungary will reduce military significantly
- Hungary will pay $100,000,000 to USSR in reparations
Treaty of Ploiești
- Romania will renounce claims on northern Transylvania
- Romania will renounce claims on Bessarabia
- Romania will renounce claims on Bulgarian Dobrogea
- Romania will pay $200,000,000 to the USSR in reparations
Treaty of Sofia
- Bulgaria will return all annexed territories to Greece and Yugoslavia
- Bulgaria will pay $50,000,000 to the allies and the USSR
- Bulgaria will reduce it's military
Treaty of Helsinki
- Finland will cede border territories to the USSR
- Finland will reduce their military
- Finland will pay $400,000,000 to the soviet union in reparations.
Additional Provisions
- The USSR's 1940 annexation of the Baltic states are recognized but said states are to be granted autonomy
- The USSR's new border is revised in favor of Poland
- No allied government may force ethnic populations in newly acquired territories to leave said territories with the exception of Italians in Africa
