How would I mod this title in?

Hello, I don't know if I should post this here, but I'd like a little help with adding a title to the game.

When the King/Emperor dies and his wife is still alive, she gets the title Queen Mother/Dowager Empress. However, if a reigning Queen/Empress dies her husband gets no fancy title and loses his old title.

I'd like to add a title "King Father" and "Emperor Father" to the game, which would be the title of a reigning monarch's father if he is still alive.

Any idea how I should do this. I can't find out myself.
