I'm booting up HIP after a while with several submods and I feel like i'm just not seeing as many battlefield duels as I used to. Is there a modifier I could edit to make them more common?

Further, when they DO happen, I am seeing the previously rare "double death" event where the enemy kills both my ruler and himself happen more times than not. Is this some kind of bug?
