How do I get the bonuses from the refer a friend stuff onto my EU4 if it's on Steam? Do I need to connect them or something or will I get a code or ..?

I preordered it on steam in June. Will I get the July/August preorder bonuses too?

Yes, you will get all bonuses. You will probably get a steam code for the friend stuff, which you can insert into steam.
