Hey guys!
i tried to wrap my head around it
in Darkest Hour one of the one main advantages of the Soviet Doctrine Tree where cheap Units which where fast to build (especially infantry)
but how would they realise it in HoI IV? because the main factor in the production speed of units is how fast you can produce equipment and i dont think the tree would give you production bonuses

if the World war wednesday guys are reading this: can you show us the human wave doctrine tree at the next WWW episode? i probably wont be able to watch it live,so i cannot ask it in the live chat

I'm pretty sure I've heard it be said that one of the benefits is a higher reinforcement rate. This would essentially mean if you are a nation with a lot of divisions, but they aren't the best you can get more of them fighting in battles, quicker. Probably also some combat width reduction so you can have more fighting in a region. Essentially human wave is the concept of using massive amounts of manpower to try to make up for other weaknesses
