Hi guys! I'm going to biuld a new PC but due to my budget I can't get pricey parts. Would this CPU be able to run a city with more than 100 thousand citizens at 30 fps max settings? My GPU is a GTX 1050 (normal, not the Ti edition). Thanks for the help in advance!
