Get more resources stockpiled in factories ? Im playing Ottoman empire and I have only 3 factories so far ( its 1861 ) and 2 of them consume coal and they usually run out of coal, how can i get more coal stockpiled ?

Try to make it easier for your capitalist to buy coal.
Reduce rich taxes, lower tariffs if you are importing coal,(and if your importing get higher prestige, it helps you buy first if theres a shortage) try to get more coal provinces yourself, and research the mining tech that increases coal production ( more coal -> cheaper prices)

Get a coal producing country into your sphere if you are not producing enough yourself. That is the most important measure if coal is in high demand on the world market.

I have already done that and I think i have 1 or more coal producing provinces

Russia stole everyone in my sphere of influence and they owned me in a war but I didnt give them any provinces, instead I agreed to decrease my army by 50% and not build troops for 5 years and pay them some of my tax income, this made me a secondary power

Tough situation... Maybe try to build some industries that are based on resources you have plenty of.

IMO the problem is you probably have low prestige so your POP's have hard time buying enough coal from the world market, and you don't produce enough yourself.

You could try to promote more capitalists in the state your factories are. more capis->more cash->maybe they'll have enough to buy that coal.

Well, I have a very good economy however ( I have 1.25 million ducats ) and I have alot of fruit,wheat and lumber producing provinces

Try to build up some canned food and lumber/furniture/luxury furniture industry then.
