Strategic redeploy in AoD(keyboard commands)? And what tech do ya need plz?

Ctrl+right click on any province. You need one technology, which is in the infantry category. In the same column as the vehicle repair shops etc.

perhaps this is just Core Mod but redeployment also only works if no enemy units are near by (including air units). You can strat redeploy troops into the front lines but for the reverse trip you have to pull them clear first.

That's an AoD feature.
