No matter what I do, I can't get my chosen picture to show up as a thumbnail on the Steam workshop for my music mod.

In my C:\Users\Connor\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod directory I have my mod folder, and in it, it has a folder which contains my music files, a descriptior.mod file and the image that I want as my thumbnail. The descriptor.mod file says this:

name="British Music"
path="mod/british_music"
tags={
"Sound"
}
picture="unionj.png"
remote_file_id="904017719"
supported_version="1.5.1"

Is there something wrong with this? Have I put things in the wrong place?

Thanks.

you don't want the descriptor.mod file in the british_music folder.

The line picture="unionj.png" should be in the .mod file in the mod folder outside of the british_music one.

I'm having a similar issue, but I can't figure it out.

name="Stellaris Combat Renewed"
path="mod/scr151"
tags={
"Balance"
}
picture="thumb.png"
remote_file_id="907832596"
supported_version="1.5.1"

It's in the /mod folder (not the /scr folder). I've tried over and over again and I keep getting a big bright red Error Uploading Mod message.

If I remove the thumbnail it will upload, but I can't get it to accept the thumb.

To complicate matters, I uploaded another mod just an hour ago with a thumbnail and it loaded just fine!

Yes I was eventually able to do this off by shrinking the image, but it's strange that I couldn't find this anywhere. In fact I found several pages claiming it could be any size and would simply be auto shrunk.
