How to Upload a pic to HOI.

The titles pretty much the whole point of this topic. How do i upload pics like the ones that minister, generals, and tech teams have? Id like to know since i want to make myself my own person army general, tech team, and minister using those generators that make ministers etc. (but i think you can upload them all the same way)

Place the pictures in GFX/Interface/Pics
They do, however, have to be in the correct format (you can check the other pics in the folder to see which format would be correct according to what the pic is showing).
