how to terraform?

so i selected a barren planet that has the terraform button - says i need 7500 and the atmospheric manipulation
which i have
Then it says Mang II (planet name) X Has modifier - whats this - the wiki is only up to 1.3 and i see nothing in the forms or on reddit or wiki http://www.stellariswiki.com/Modifiers

all the planets i try to terraform have the same msg

You can only terraform Barren Planets that are marked as "Terraforming Candidate" (Mars is always one of those).
And you need the 3rd Terraforming Tech (Atmosphere Restoraution/Tomb world recovery) to do so.

Generally terraformable are only colonise planets.

oh so weird they have a terraform button one the barrens if you cant terraform it.
please tell me there is a way to find them or do i just just jump though every system i own one by one clicking on every single planet ?

That the button appears on all barrens and the less then telling Tooltip sound like bugs.

I know habitable planets should appear in the expansion Planer.
I do not know if Terraforming Candidates are included. Overall this feature is rather new.
And once terraforming is started, they appear in the Outliner.
