How do i syck it and where can i do it?

I tried to link it, butbecause of the steam guard popup window didnt show up where i could have entered a code from my email...i tried to log in too many times and now i am locked,,,nice….

You don't enter your game key into the steam pop up, steam has your games. When you sync, the forum reads your owned items list and copies it here.

Conversely, file a ticket with IT. Also linked in my signature.

I didnt enter anything to steam guard popup window because i didnt see it, i got four security codes to my email...notised that after, so after several loging attempts i am locked now to link the game/steam account.Seems that if i dont enter the code its a failed attempt. So because of that cant link it now. But ultimately this does not help my EU4 game to start.
Should it be Paradox problem to make it so that it would be easy to start playing whit games they have purshaced? Why does the HOI4 work but EU4 not..could it be that the game is not somehow updated by your tech department..so that it Works whit win 10? or causes problems for some players.

Made the ticket about game not starting.

I hope you there in Paradox can do something about it, because i am not a Computer programmer or a wizard in these matters. Also English is not my main language.
