Full hawk reduces build time, as does freemarket. As for prioritizing individual units, I do not believe such a feature is found in DH.

I haven't tried it, but looking at a save I see this:
upgrade = {
infantry = {
buildtime = -32
upgrade_time_factor = 1.0000
upgrade_cost_factor = 1.0000
defaultorganisation = 17.0000
morale = 18.0000
}
cavalry = {
upgrade_time_factor = 1.0000
upgrade_cost_factor = 1.0000
defaultorganisation = 17.0000
morale = 18.0000
}
motorized = {
upgrade_time_factor = 1.0000
upgrade_cost_factor = 1.0000
defaultorganisation = 17.0000
morale = 18.0000
}
mechanized = {
upgrade_time_factor = 1.0000
upgrade_cost_factor = 1.0000
defaultorganisation = 17.0000
morale = 18.0000
}
light_armor = {
upgrade_time_factor = 1.0000
upgrade_cost_factor = 1.0000
defaultorganisation = 17.0000
morale = 18.0000
}
armor = {
upgrade_time_factor = 1.0000
upgrade_cost_factor = 1.0000
defaultorganisation = 17.0000
morale = 18.0000
}

Notice that build time -32 for infantry. Perhaps you could add a similar line for armor? Again, I don't know if it would work or not so make a copy before you try it.

Somehow by moving it up the production screen my new panzerII division will be done in Feb 1940 instead of before witch was July 1940:confused:

DH has it's share of long term planning, For faster production go with what son of liberty said and check out the industrial tech trees. At 1940 you can get the exp production line or something along those lines. That tech is crucial to reducing times, along with the sub tree. The next thing that can reduce your build times are gearing bonuses. Gearing is the representation of your industry specializing in making a certain thing, so in turn for ever serial run you get a greater bonus albeit there is a cap. What this means is that if you know that you will be needing something in the long term it maybe better to have a long serial build instead of alot of parallel builds. So for example, if you start out as Germany in 1936 you will definitely be needing alot of infantry. So in turn it may be better just to build 6 Parallel Runs with 5 Serial runs each. That way each one of those serial runs uses less IC and less time while producing the same thing as 30 parallel runs. Gearing is fully explained in the Tech Support sub forum were a downloadable manual is found, I would suggest checking it.

You can go into your saved game, look for your current production, and change the completion date on your current tank builds.

I've tried and it has no in game affects.

It should work, but you cannot just change the date you also have to change the percentage of completion.

division_development = {
id = { type = 4712 id = 121070 }
progress = 0.0224
location = 19
cost = 12.8700
date = {
year = 1938
month = july
day = 6
hour = 0
}
manpower = 2.0000
total_progress = 0.0001
size = 1
days = 178
days_for_first = 178
type = naval_bomber
}
I haven't done it in a while, but if you change the date to whatever "tomorrow" would be in game, the date after the date of your save and change the progress = to .9999, and total progress to .9999 then it should finish as soon as you reload.

Easy, edit the event file of your country on: "Mods\Darkest Hour Full\db\events\".

Add this event:
Code:
event = {
	id = 99486271
	random = no

	name = "Reduced Tank Build Time - By Lendrich"
	desc = "Accelerate tank production"

	action_a = {
		name = "OK"
		command = { type = build_time which = armor where = relative value = 20 }
                }
}

Save the file and in game press F12 and type:

Code:
event 99486271

Press the "OK" button and the build time of heavy tanks will be reduced in a 75%.

Greetings ;)
