How to set new heir?

As King of Galicia, I just formed the Kingdom of Portugal. I made my son heir of Portugal, but how do I now set him as heir of Galicia (currently it's my brother).

Also, where can I download the manual?

I assume that both titles are elective and you are asking where you can vote? Click the laws icon at the top and then click on the relevant coat of arms on that screen to vote in elective kingdoms. If the kingdom isn't elective succession, then you can't choose your heir as it is determined by other factors.

You are probably better off just playing the game and asking questions on here because I beleive the manual is extremely out of date and will give you incorrect information.
