How to restore the roman empire perfectly?

As i proceed with rebuilding the roman empire, i prefer "restore the imperial reconquest" to take land from the western countries.

However, when i make expansion into the east, there is no such cb.

Then, how can i arrange my conquest properly?

Sorry i did not make me understood.

But what i mean is that i want to restore anciant roman provinces in the east.

Holy war CB dose not give me instruction on what provinces to conqure and what not to.

I believe the IR CB is applicable to all original de jure Mauritania, Africa, Egypt, Jerusalem, Syria, Mesopotamia, Armenia and Anatolia if they aren't held by muslims. Might be hard to tell if they drifted, though.
