How to remove "How to play" videos from escape menu?

I have recently re-installed HOI onto a new machine but have about 600 hrs sunk into the game (not an expert, but not a novice either). And for the first time, I am now seeing an offer of tutorial videos every time I hit escape. Per the thread title - is there a way to remove these? I don't feel I need them, and at best they're just cluttering up the screen.

Alternatively I think you can go to
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\video_data.txt
set aggression_enabled=yes/no to no

You need to quit hoi4 before doing this tho since if its on it will overwrite the file when you restart the game

I have exactly the same problem as the OP. I installed the game on new PC and those videos won't go away. I don't have the "do not show again" checkbox. Setting aggresion_enabled to no did not help. What should I do?
